New Street Tech (NST) is redefining how financial institutions build and operate products through its AI platform, Mifix.AI. Designed for banks and fintechs, the platform enables teams to create complex customer journeys using a no-code, prompt-driven workflow builder—reducing product launch timelines from months to days.
In this project, NST focused on transforming two critical areas: product development and data operations. First, enabling institutions to design, configure, and deploy lending workflows through a visual interface powered by AI, eliminating the need for manual coding and accelerating time-to-market. Second, introducing conversational data tools that allow users to retrieve insights, generate dashboards, and reconcile data across systems using natural language—removing reliance on SQL and reducing operational friction.
The result is a scalable, enterprise-grade system that empowers financial teams to launch faster, access data instantly, and operate with greater accuracy—all while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and reliability.
