The project’s aim was to transform manual Instagram engagement into a high-speed lead generation engine for sales on WhatsApp. We solved this by building an automated workflow in Make.com and Manychat, that uses AI to filter out official brand accounts and noise, instantly routing high-intent customer comments directly to sales agents for immediate conversion.
