Aprende is an online education platform helping Spanish-speaking learners in the United States build practical skills that lead to better career opportunities. As the platform continues to grow, one of its key priorities is connecting graduates with employers by building partnerships with companies that are actively hiring. However, identifying relevant employers and finding the right recruiters across multiple roles and locations is a highly manual and time-consuming process.
In this project, Aprende partnered with Capria to automate employer discovery and recruiter identification. Using an AI-powered Job & Recruiter Intelligence workflow, the platform searches multiple job sources, evaluates job relevance, identifies hiring companies, discovers the appropriate recruiters and hiring managers, and enriches their contact information in a structured, actionable format.
The result is a scalable employer partnership engine that enables Aprende’s Partnerships team to identify hiring companies faster, prioritize outreach, and build stronger connections between employers and qualified graduates—transforming hours of manual research into an intelligent, automated workflow.
