To address this, TechCoop and Capria built a secure, GenAI-powered internal knowledge assistant that serves as a single source of truth across the organization. Using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach, the system retrieves relevant information directly from verified internal documents and generates accurate, citation-backed responses in real time.
The assistant enables employees to ask questions in natural language, upload documents for contextual queries, and even use voice input—making knowledge access seamless within existing workflows. As a result, teams reduce repetitive queries, improve decision-making speed, and maintain consistency across functions, while ensuring compliance and auditability of sensitive information.
